Merrylees Industrial Estate

Merrylees Industrial Estate is comprised of 15 units, split into two developments; Units A-E and Units 1-10. Units A-E are the larger blocks on the eastside of the estate, and Units 1-10 are the smaller units on the west side of the estate.  

Merrylees is surrounded by open countryside, just 7.5 miles away from Hinckley town centre and 4 miles to the north-west of the M1. All units have a built-block toilets, car parking, unloading area and, Units A-E have a small office space within the unit.
