Our sites are managed by a small, dedicated team lead by Malcolm Evans our Estates and Asset Manager and supported by our own in-house facilities management service.
Across the borough of Hinckley & Bosworth we manage an estate with a value of £75m covering approximately 940,000 sq.ft of space across 39 sites generating an approximate income of £2.23m.
The team strives to strengthen and continuously develop our property assets to deliver the corporate and community objectives of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and provide a valuable revenue stream for the Authority.
